This study seeks to identify innovative air quality monitoring techniques and assess their potential ability to meet Defra’s medium to long-term (10-15 years) evidence requirements for the UK’s national ambient air quality monitoring. The study also aims to identify and assess potential risks to innovation and market barriers facing such innovative technologies.
