Invite additional stakeholders to attend steering group meetings
Following the initial consideration and evaluation of potential measures to include within the draft action plan, it is often useful to invite additional stakeholders such as Community Council representatives and transport operators to join a steering group meeting. This will give, these usually external key stakeholders, an opportunity to provide feedback on the proposed measures. This can be key as they may be responsible for assisting with the implementation of the measure. This action can help to provide an alternative view of the feasibility and acceptability of the proposed measures.
